房間衞生和環境都非常好～/設備設施都很新畢竟新開了沒多久的酒店…工作人員是一羣充滿活力的團隊，但是服務意識真的有待加強，酒店訂房附贈的驚鴻旅拍，拍攝體驗不錯，出片效果也不錯

酒店的品牌是頂級的，所以各種設施，服務也是相應優質的。房間面積不是很寬敞，當然和價格也分不開的。購買的團購券還是值得的！

第二次來入住了
整個服務還是很貼心的，看到小孩子服務人員也都很友好。無論是check in還是在酒店自助餐廳吃飯，服務人員都會主動來問問你的需求以及對孩子都很有愛心。
小童樂園和泳池也非常小童友好，這次把所有的餐廳都吃了，晚上的自助餐雖然種類沒有那種“海量”的豐富，但勝在食材和口味其實都還算商乘，泳池邊的湖畔餐廳是本次的一個驚喜，晚上view好餐品也好吃，唯獨那個金景閣還是老毛病，菜品其實口味非常不錯的，就是那個出菜速度，一如繼往的慢啊，慢到令人失去耐心，好在最終他們彌補的態度不錯。
關於客房的衞生，那天可能因為颱風天人手不知道是不是不足，有一天夜床開的被子也沒鋪。。。。
但小失誤還是可以被理解和原諒，總之，我應該還會來這個酒店三刷！
