The service in the hotel and restaurant is second to none, every member of staff we encountered before arriving and during our stay could not have been any more helpful and pleasant. It’s an experience to see this beautifully constructed hotel, everyone should go.

The service was extremely poor: There was no sign at the entrance of the hotel, causing the guest to fall down, hurt his legs and feet, and hit his head on the door and became dizzy... The indifferent hotel staff were indifferent. After negotiations with Ctrip staff, there was no result. From the fall to No one asked about leaving the hotel, and the hotel's service was disappointing. A negative review is necessary!

We rented a suite that had the tub on the deck. The room was very spacious and modern. I really enjoyed the tub, and the view was amazing. The room was one of the nices hotel rooms I have stayed in China. The food in the restaurant was not great. We ordered a burger that was not hamburger. I am not sure what it was, but it was strange (It was hard meat that tasted like rubber). We thought the club sandwich was also less than appealing and the pizza was undercooked. The french fries and spring rolls were good. The dinner buffet was pretty decimated by the time we got to it. The only saving grace was having a hot pot on the table, which was really good. The hot spring resort is next door and really great. It costs around 200 RMB per person to go there and they provide a robe, slippers and lockers. The hotel is off the beaten path with nothing around, but I did not mind this. It is very peaceful with good views. Our son enjoyed the hotel and what it offered. I would stay there again for a weekend get away, but probably go somewhere else for food. That is difficult given the location.
