"I stayed at Chateau Bedford, Trademark Collection by Wyndham from April 19–20, 2025, for a family trip to Halifax. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed extra towels, toiletries, and coffee refills, which were initially insufficient in the room.
The hotel facilities were generally good, but the TV casting function did not work properly during our stay. Also, the breakfast could offer a bit more variety, and unfortunately, the hot cake machine was out of order, which was a disappointment for my kids.
That said, the service team was responsive, and we appreciated their support throughout our stay. With a few improvements, the experience could be even better.

TTengI didn't pay too much attention to the location, because we went there just for pure sleep and left the next day.
The cleanliness is OK, but the fly in the ointment is that the bathroom lights are very dim, which is not very good for the senses.
For the service, I told the hotel my membership number in best wersern when I made the reservation. I thought the staff could notice it, but it didn't. In fact, the experience of staying in a star-rated hotel will not be too bad, the comparison is to pay attention to the details.
Set up, because it was during the covid-19 period, the breakfast was allocated by the staff, there were not many varieties, but it was basically enough. There is no milk. There is no milk. There is no milk.

Like many hotels in Canada, the room is equipped with an old-fashioned air conditioner, which is a bit noisy, but you will get used to it after staying for a few days. It is generally quite comfortable. The front desk service is very polite. The room we were assigned is next to the atrium. The window is the platform of the atrium. If there are people outside, they can stand on the ground and see the room directly. The privacy is a little poor, so the window is equivalent to no window. It is closed during the day and night, and the curtains are drawn tightly, although it seems that there are no people outside all day. The hotel restaurant is a bit far from the room. You need to go around several corridors and go out of the security door. The breakfast is paid separately, and the taste is good. The hotel is close to the waterfront, which is very convenient for walking on the beach.

ZZHESHENGThe hotel is located on the side of the road and is very convenient for self-driving and has free parking. Breakfast is good, Western breakfast, but there is hot water and fruit. The sea can be seen from the opposite side of the restaurant. The hotel is fully equipped with a swimming pool and a small gym.
