The hotel is quite small which suited us & our room was at the front so we had a nice view. The room was very clean & the reception staff very helpful & friendly. We had some evening meals at the nearby Brewer's Fayre pub & the food was very good. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel."

"absolutely disgusting room, it stunk and was mouldy. There are crack in the wall and we keep hearing noises, the bed are not comfy and have hole in the bottom the tiles in the bathroom are falling off and there is only 1 plug, the lights dont work i am currently sat here in the dark with only the bathroom light on as that is the only light that works, the tv isnt working and the kettle has mould in it the cups aren’t clean and the service at reception is terrible and slow, aswell the toilet near reception were blocked and it stunk, would not recommend staying here AT ALL i think i would rather sleep on the streets! my family has all the pictures of these disgusting rooms there are 6 of us so 3 rooms and all are awful.. xoxo get it sorted✌🏽"
