"I stayed at your hotel one night . Unfortunately, there was no hot water available during the night, which caused significant inconvenience. I understand that the issue was resolved in the morning, but I was unable to use the shower or facilities during that time. I also had difficulty to figure how to call reception, because the room has no phone list and the room phone had no indication on the buttons . After i figured out how to call reception I was advised to let the water run for 10 mins or so and I told them that I did so"

"I was skeptical when I booked this hotel, but was wowed when I checked in. The guy at the front desk (Ryan) was super helpful, patient, and full of smiles. The hotel was super clean starting from the lobby to our room. Our room was spacious and I love everything about the room - clean, comfy bed with extra pillows, clean bathroom. The breakfast had lots of options that suited everyone from cereal to oat, toast, pancake, muffins, yummy cinnamon roll, pork sausage, turkey sausage, and cheese omelet. As a non-pork eater, I love the fact that they had the turkey sausage option. The checkout was seamless. I recommend this hotel."
