"We booked the hotel based on good reviews, however we were disappointed with the service and facility. They were not 24/7 available on desk. It was really an inconvenience for us due to no elevator to go on the second floor. Same limited Breakfast options everyday. No changes in the menu. There were strange noises coming from the washroom as if there was someone inside. Not a great experience staying there."
