SScribanThis hotel is very close to the Palenque archeological area, with easy access through the shuttle busses (collectivos) running every 10 minutes. It provides no food service, its saving grace being the excellent restaurant ”La Jungla Maya” across the street. The hotel accepts only cash for payment. We had to request the room be cleaned whan we returned the first day, as the staff did not bother doing so. We had to change the room, as the bathroom sink's drain was not properly connected and was flooding. The staff did not help us with the move, and we had to pay for the room key which was lost while moving. There is a nice and refreshing swimming pool on its nice grounds.

芳芳芳538The decoration of the hotel is relatively new, with large rooms and comfortable beds. There is free coffee. The downside is that it faces the street, with loud car noise and few parking spaces. The air conditioner was old-fashioned, blowing directly on the bed, and my head hurt the next day.
