Memphis Hotels with Pools

If this was the first Holiday Inn, I had stayed in, I would not have booked another time. Our bathroom was not clean, the room was stocked only with decaf coffee and when I called the front desk, they said they didn’t have any that I’d have to wait until the maids came in. When we went down for breakfast, they were out of most everything. They had a waffle maker, but no waffle batter, oatmeal toppings but no oatmeal and the juice machine was broken. When I asked the girl at the front desk if they had it, her answer was just “nope.”

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was very quiet and very well kept. Our suite was very nice and large. It had everything we needed. The front desk were very responsive and friendly.

This hotel was really nice. When we arrived they gave us a room that was not clean completely clean. We immediately went back downstairs and They switched the room and gave us vouchers for drinks for the inconvenience. It was walking distance about 10 minutes from beale street. There are restaurants nearby and the hotel have a nice restaurant. I would stay here again.

Breakfast, gym, laundry, pool amenities and a lot of options of restaurants nearby and gas station is walking distance. I enjoyed my one week stay here. Thank you for the great experience.

The service in an Indian hotel is quite unprofessional. When I checked in at 20:30 in the evening, there was no room available and I had to wait for the cleaning staff to clean it up. In addition, it should have been renovated in the past two years. The hard and soft furnishings inside are okay and not old. But the room type of the double bed room is very strange. When you enter the door, there is a sink installed outside with towels underneath. Then when you go to the end of the bedroom, there is a shower room and toilet in the corner. After taking a shower, I couldn't get a towel at all. After using the toilet, I had to walk to the other end to wash my hands. It was really outrageous. Parking is easy.

Our 1st UBER pick up have issue locating this hotel, after waited for 25min, she decided to cancel our order. The main thing we love about this place is the warm of the receptionist that make us felt welcome.

Plenty of space, has bedroom living room and kitchen. Only thing it’s a stove top stove no oven but does have microwave. And the employees are very kind and helpful…

The transportation around the hotel is convenient and quiet. There are places to eat nearby and it is close to the airport. There are shuttles and airport buses. You need to confirm the time with the hotel when you check in. The overall service is very good, and the breakfast is also good. Good reviews!

Good breakfast, free parking, is in the hotel yard, safer. I didn't ask if I could have an extra bed. I should be able to take my child. Hotel location is close to the airport, very convenient.

My husband and I had a good stay room was clean the guy that checked us in that night is very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast could be up graded to a hot breakfast it was pretty lame. Other that had wonderful stay. Thank you.
