4-Star Hotels in Memphis

The motel was clean, beds and pillows so comfortable, and the shower was to die for. The breakfast buffet is $22 but we’ll worth the price. EP’s Bar and Grill was tasty, but know food has a spicy kick! Delta’s Diner is to die for! All areas of service were wonderful! Every night at 9 pm hot cocoa and peanut butter sandwiches are put out for snacks. There is a beautiful chapel and fire pit outdoors. There is absolutely nothing I could complain about! The entire place is gorgeous and well decorated.

The hotel is located right at the train station, and so is perfect if you are catching the AMTRAK. The rooms were pleasant and the staff were friendly. The bar is very trendy though was understaffed and so whilst we were there, it took ages to get served.

Facilities: as always good Health: good Environment: good Service: Yes, although I am a little worried about the security of this city, I feel very safe to see police cars in the parking lot in the middle of the night.

We have a total of two rooms. There was something wrong with this room. The lock of the room was bad when we checked in. We changed the card several times up and down. Finally, we asked the people of the engineering department to repair the lock. When I checked out, the front desk said that there was a problem with the payment of the room rate. Let me swipe the card again, but my room rate was prepaid by Trip.com , how could I pay it again. Later, the front desk communicated with her manager, and they solved the room rate by themselves. They should go to communicate with the third-party intermediary of Trip.com .

I flew over 16 hours. I was worried because it was a very far place, but the accommodation was very clean and the service was good. I'll rarely have a chance to come back to Memphis, but it's a good memory. Thank you.

The hotel is located on the Mississippi River in downtown Memphis. You can walk a few steps from the door to the bridge to the island, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to Beale Street. The Sheraton building is quite conspicuous and can be seen from a distance, so you don't have to worry about getting lost when you go out. The room is clean and tidy, and you can enjoy the river view and the pyramids by the large glass window.
