The hotel is located right at the train station, and so is perfect if you are catching the AMTRAK. The rooms were pleasant and the staff were friendly. The bar is very trendy though was understaffed and so whilst we were there, it took ages to get served.
Facilities: as always good
Health: good
Environment: good
Service: Yes, although I am a little worried about the security of this city, I feel very safe to see police cars in the parking lot in the middle of the night.
We have a total of two rooms. There was something wrong with this room. The lock of the room was bad when we checked in. We changed the card several times up and down. Finally, we asked the people of the engineering department to repair the lock.
When I checked out, the front desk said that there was a problem with the payment of the room rate. Let me swipe the card again, but my room rate was prepaid by Trip.com , how could I pay it again. Later, the front desk communicated with her manager, and they solved the room rate by themselves. They should go to communicate with the third-party intermediary of Trip.com .
This hotel is very much up to date with everything. The room was very clean. Staff very nice. Food is great. No worries , no waiting, you do everything online yourself. No counter, no front desk. It was a great stay.
I flew over 16 hours.
I was worried because it was a very far place, but the accommodation was very clean and the service was good.
I'll rarely have a chance to come back to Memphis, but it's a good memory. Thank you.
