We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was very quiet and very well kept. Our suite was very nice and large. It had everything we needed. The front desk were very responsive and friendly.
The is a nice hotel. It is very clean and updated. The pool and hot tub made the stay even better. The rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly. I will gladly stay here again.
Very nice hotel that is on walking distance from Beale street. They have swimming pool inside, but no jacuzzi, even though I saw it on one of the pictures when booking. Breakfast is ok. Parking is $35 a day.
It's within walking distance of Beale Street and FedEx Forum and the route is easy to find (I used a taxi at night).
The opposite side of the entrance faces the main street, and there is a drugstore nearby.
Hot drinks are available at the entrance and inside the room, and it was quiet and comfortable. I could hardly hear the noise from the next room.
Breakfast service includes bread and lots of fruit, but no vegetables. The waffle maker is fun.
Our 1st UBER pick up have issue locating this hotel, after waited for 25min, she decided to cancel our order.
The main thing we love about this place is the warm of the receptionist that make us felt welcome.
I love this Hotel the staff was friendly and more than accommodating. They made sure all of us were taken care of all week. And Ms. Betty is just a jewel. I’ll book a trip to Memphis just to stay here again.
