We loved the old world charm of the Parkview. It is conveniently located and priced fairly. Spencer at the front desk provided top notch customer service. The coffee and water service in the lobby all day long was a very nice touch. Our room was clean but did have a couple visible stains on the carpet that would be an easy fix. A light bulb was out in the bathroom and front desk had someone replace it quickly. A little more attention to those minor details would be appreciated. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Syracuse!

Cute older style hotel. Very spacious. We did walk from The Landmark Theater to our hotel which about a 15 minute walk and felt very safe. The hotel was clean and comfortable! Not much in the way of food delivery around that area everything closed before 9pm. It was a nice place.

Relatively quiet for a Saturday night and sold out. One of the guests car got totaled late at night parked in the street in front of the hotel. Always park in the rear lot. Clean place with lots of character. Ate at Phoebie's before a show at the Landmark Theater. Short Uber drive to the Landmark. Wish the attached coffee house was still open. It was so convenient.

Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 315pm only to be told the room was not ready and to come back within an hour.

The location is very convenient and there is free off-street parking. The young person at the front desk was very nice. However, the place is in need of some love. I paid 166.80 for a double room for one night for myself and a friend. There was paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling and what appeared to be mold on one wall. The room was pretty clean and the beds were okay. The whole place is just a bit tired.
