The sanitation of the hotel is good, but the management of this hotel has poor reviews, and the employees have no professional ethics. During my stay at the hotel and after I left the hotel, fraudulent incidents occurred continuously. I will not stay here again!

I arrived late and although the hotel stated they had valet parking, we were left to find our own parking. We were not encouraged to park in the hotels parking area due to homelessness surrounding the area. We were tired after a very long drive and the search for parking added to a stressful day. The hotel posted that masks were required and yet when we walked in almost none of the guests were wearing masks. Our suite was nice but there were no indications that it was COVID clean, other Marriott hotels we have stayed at since Covid have made you feel safe. When I checked out the next Fay, the woman at the front never even bothered to ask me about my stay or say something that would make me want to return. That is why I give them a 3. I’m in Syracuse often but I would rather stay somewhere else that might be a tad less lavished but better customer service.

We made a reservation for 2 beds. Only received one. Carpets were old and dirty. TV set up ridiculous. You have to get soaked with cold water to turn on the shower. Only 2 bath towels. That does not work for women with long hair. Hotel smelled fishy and is in extreme need of an update.way overpriced for what we got.

The place tried to tell Orbitz that i didn't stay there plus someone from there stole a charger from my room when i was gone and told the lady at front dest she didn't care
