Rental basis: Room with own facilities Number of bedrooms: 4; Number of other rooms with beds: 0 We propose Four double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and three on the second floor. All enjoy long daylight hours in all seasons, with views of the valley and mountains surrounding us.To provide maximum comfort and greater privacy, the B&B accepts only two reservations per period on the second floor by opening only the rooms booked among Anise, Gardenia and Orchid to stay guaranteeing a private bathroom, shared only by members of the same reservation for the exclusive use of guests. on the ground floor with the Laurel room, which has its own private bathroom. All rooms are complete with sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and toiletries, television and split air conditioner. For B&B guests on the second floor, the Tiglio room with a panoramic terrace is reserved. The Home Restaurant hall is located on the ground floor. simple rules We have a few simple rules that we ask of our guests: Prohibited to bring animals into the Bed and Breakfast! To ensure a safe environment for those with allergies to dogs and/or cats. Forbidden to move furniture between rooms and/or bring single beds closer together! For special needs please ask us. 3 No smoking in the House! Smoking is allowed only in the courtyard in the area equipped with ashtrays. Please respect our hours! Check-in from 17:00 to 01:00 / Check-out by 10:00 Night Silence - Fire Cover from 22:30 to 06:00 Anyone arriving or re-entering the B&B after 22:30 is asked to keep quiet and respect the silence, you are in a home. Breakfast is offered from 07:00 to 09:30 You must communicate your preference in the evening! We do not give kitchen use to our guests, as provided by Bed and Breakfast regulations!
