It was a really lovely hotel , very accommodating staff , room was good . We had a good experience but our towels had holes in them . We didn’t bother to complain and made do . But this is something that hotel needs to take note of as it really is a wonderful place to stay

I booked a special king bed room. According to the reviews, there are two room types. I also specifically contacted the hotel to make a note to ask for a cover for the bathtub by the window and children's toiletries.
Finally arrived at the store...I was given the middle room type! There were no toiletries provided for the children. In the end, I had to wait for a long time to change rooms with my 2 and a half year old child and a lot of luggage.
Then I was given room 901... When I opened the door, I felt... This room must have been occupied for a while... There was a smell of dust (people who understand will understand)... Then the bath towels and towels were a bit damp ~ adults can just use it
I can only say that I hope the service can keep up. The price is not too low in Taicang.

We arrived very late that night, and the front desk took the initiative to upgrade our suite. They also gave us a free breakfast, which was served until 10 o'clock. In the morning, we could sleep until we woke up naturally and then have breakfast. The dishes were very rich. When I finished breakfast, it was already past breakfast time. In the end, I wanted to get a glass of milk, but there was not much milk left. The auntie in the restaurant saw it and took the initiative to get me some milk. It was very heartwarming. The price of more than 400 yuan a day is really fair. At this price, we can't even stay in a fast hotel in our local area during the holidays. I will continue to stay here next time I go to Taicang.

I booked a standard room on Ctrip and got 2 breakfasts. The front desk upgraded it and I stayed on the top floor. There was a tatami in the room and free drinks in the refrigerator. It was pretty good! Super cost-effective! Although the room is fast and windy, the bed quality is good and the sanitary conditions are also very good. In addition, the guy at the front desk was very polite. give it a like.
A simple suggestion: the room decoration can actually be brighter; since the bathroom and toilet are separated, it is best to control the lights separately; the entrance is very dark, so you can install separate lights and control them separately!

I was looking at the map on the way home and passed by Taicang. I decided to go to Taicang for a day and booked a room temporarily. I found that Ctrip was cheaper than the IHG app and the room was really cheap. But a strange thing happened. I booked two rooms and one room was booked. The room was normal, but the two cards in the other room could not open the door. I thought there was something wrong with the way I opened it. I went to the front desk again to get the room card and there was another queue. The experience was still relatively poor. The facilities in the room were complete. , except for the musty smell when opening the cabinet, the hotel has its own underground garage, but the entrance and exit are relatively small, so you have to be careful with large cars when you first come. I checked in at Pullman Taicang Huafa on October 5th for my birthday on October 6th. The hotel front desk was very welcoming and upgraded our room. The food during dinner was also very rich, and I didn't know what to eat! Anyway, I had to eat slowly~ otherwise I would be full in a short time. When I checked out, the front desk said that it was my birthday and gave me a toy very considerately. I was really flattered! A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return..

2) Rated non smoking but as usual, every room has ash tray and allows guests to smoke. Luckily my room has no cigarette smell, however once the air con is turned on, strong cigarette smell start coming out from the ventilation. I rather sleep through 5 degree without heating than killing my lung.

AArturThe exact room I’ve booked is located in different building, 250 meters away from the reception. The receptionist just pointed to the direction into the darkness, naming the building number. I had to come back to her to get the directions using the map.
The room itself is nice and clean. But there’s no elevator and the handle for the shower was lacking.
