We've traveled worldwide, and The Koos Hotel is the worst and dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. If you are considering staying at this place, book another place now. My family had a big family reunion in Taiwan. Due to the hotel's convenient location, which is within walking distance from my relative's house, we booked several rooms to accommodate our big family. The night front staff was rude from the minute we walked into the hotel. He has no basic manner (ie. hello, thank you, or smile). I feel sorry for this miserable man. The day shift front desk staff was better but could have been better too. The hotel is very old and needs a lot of work/TLC. You can smell it as soon as you walk into the room. The carpet and bathroom were old and dirty. One of our rooms even had a moldy closet. The shower was not draining and flooded when we took a shower. The AC is bearly working to stay cold. Not to mention, we saw cockroaches in the room. The list goes on and on. The only clean thing was the bed sheet and bathroom towels. We arrived very early at 1 am, plus many of us just got off the plane after 15 hours of international flight. We don't have enough energy to find another hotel at that time. Besides, we have already paid for the rooms. What annoyed me the most was when the manager promised us a bigger room (we even double-confirmed before arrival); by the time we check-in, the same night shift front desk staff said the room they promised us was booked by other people already and gave us a standard room instead. No apology whatsoever. We are upset because the Koos Hotel has no simple principle and all because they want to make an extra buck. I don't want anyone to be treated this way. The rooms are modern and comfortable in design and have all the necessary amenities to ensure a relaxing night. The staff's service attitude is warm and professional, always helpful and makes people feel at home. Although there are not many breakfast choices, the quality is acceptable. I am a new registered member of Tripadvisor and this is my first review about Just Sleep Taipei Dazunxian Hotel. My girlfriend and I are in Taiwan right now. We are here to visit a good friend from National Taiwan University. We stayed here for 5 nights and were very pleased with the service. It was our first time here, so there were many places we wanted to visit. The waiter in the lobby answered a lot of questions for us, provided me with local maps, arranged taxis for us, and provided travel suggestions. At night, we slept soundly on the big bed. It was really a big bed, super big. It's always nice to come back to the hotel lobby after a tiring day of travel. Highly recommend this hotel! Pease

Not much choice for breakfast, but acceptable. The breakfast coffee felt like overnight coffee. When I reported it to the service staff, I was given a blank look. Service attitude needs to be strengthened. The hotel doesn't have a gym or swimming pool, and even the laundry is outsourced, so don't expect too much. For business travelers, the location is pretty good, close to the night market and just a short walk to the MRT. Cleanliness is acceptable and can be improved. As soon as I entered the door, I saw two white stains on the light blue sofa, which felt very bad. K hotel is currently the best business hotel in Yonghe, please work hard!

Great location, clean room with awesome Japanese shower/bath tub. They don’t clean your room to be environmentally friendly but they do hang the amenities outside your room. It was a pity that slight earlier check in at 2.35pm wasn’t available (probably due to room availability) but overall a great experience
