客室の壁が薄いのか遮音性が大変悪く、隣室の宿泊客達が深夜になっても騒いでいたため、就寝することが出来なかった。 フロントに事情を話したところ、隣室に注意をしてくれて収まったが、せっかくの短い旅程で何とも嫌な思いをした。 客室は綺麗であったが、部屋のセーフティボックスは壊れており、エアコンも調整が効かず、また、冷蔵庫からは異臭がしていた。 なお、ルームクリーニングを夕刻の遅い時間に実施するとは、世界中を旅しているが初めての経験であった。 スタッフの対応は良く、台北駅と西門町から徒歩圏のため便利であるが、残念ながら再び宿泊することは無い。 The walls of the guest room were thin and the sound insulation was very poor. I had a pleasant solo stay here. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly, making for a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

Bed is very wobbly. You can feel the movement of your partner in bed. Some rooms have it worse. We could not sleep for hours the first night. Around 4AM, we were fed up and asked for help from the frontdesk. When complaining, the staff would not help at all. They did not believe us and dismissed the problems. We had to angrily convince them to even take a look. After looking, they finally gave in and said we were right. We got another room, but we could not let our sleeping 2 year old sleep in the old room while I moved to the new room to get a couple hours of sleep. The staff made us move all our luggage and the sleeping child to the new room, even if nobody was staying in the used room. The cleaning would be the next day anyway. Very poor service and 0 logic was used. Unfortunate, because the rest was great.

Fun Inn Taipei is located near the Ximending Shopping District. It is close to everything, most especially the Ximending night market and MRT stations. Overall, our stay has been great. The staff were very accommodating too. This place is highly recommended. Thank you very much!

Good location near Taipei Station but no window in the room so you can't tell is day or night and the toilet is translucent glass so will be problem for friend or colleagues if share room. Toilet don't have shelve to place toiletries and no mirror in the room for dress up.

I’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time and I finally had the chance during my trip to Taiwan. The hotel is convenient located near the Taipei Main Station and bus station and the MRT station. Hence is extremely convenient to get around. The room I got was quite spacious and clean. I believe it has been refurbished as the interior looks new. It is equipped with a smart tv so I could stream videos on YouTube all day long. The only disappoin**ent was that I did not get the room with the view of the Taipei Main station. The hotel staff were very friendly too. Amenities wise, there is no shortage of f&b establishments located near the hotel and most of them are very good. This hotel is one of the more affordable 5 star hotels in this area. Hence it’s a no brainer to pick this hotel over the rest. Overall, I’ve had a pleasant stay here I will definitely return to this hotel for my future trips.

Located within minutes from Ximending and the Taipei metro, so it was the perfect location for me. I had the deluxe room which was spacious, with lots of room space to move around and there was a mini fridge, open wardrobe where I could hang my clothes and a counter top on the side with 2 chairs. The shower and toilet was also spacious with a kinda bathtub. Shower gel and shampoo in dispenser were also available. Toothrbrush, shaver, comb and shower cap were all available during check in if required and bathroom slippers were also available in the room. Little things that made everything complete. At the concierge, there were snacks that were free of charge for guests and a water dispenser that serves sparkling water which was so cool! The room will be cleaned upon request and when I asked why, they said cos some guests want their privacy and do not wanna be disturbed so they will only clean the room upon request. Luckily I am quite a tidy person and didn’t eat in my room so my room was generally clean and didn’t really need any cleaning during my stay. Towels were sufficient and I only needed more tissue and mineral water during my stay and was given to me upon my request. If anything is needed, the concierge is also available 24 hours which ensured peace of mind for every guest. But most of all, it was the staff that made my stay fun and memorable. They were extremely friendly and approachable. I love the family/friends feel whenever I was in their space. They were also extremely helpful when I asked about where I could get great local food and they would even Google and show me exactly what they were recommending and made sure I will get to the desired destination. Overall, this is a great hotel that I would highly recommend for anyone when travelling to Taipei Taiwan.

It was an interesting feeling that the 19th floor of a high-rise building is a hotel. The building is old, but the room was clean and comfortable. Above all, the location is the best. On the day I arrived, it was raining heavily, but I took the train from the airport to Taipei Station, walked through the underground shopping area, and when I got up, I was at a hotel, so I didn't get wet. Additionally, there are several convenience stores located in close proximity to the hotel, which is incredibly handy for picking up snacks, drinks, or any essentials you might need during your stay. When it comes to breakfast, I found that the offerings were quite repetitive, with the same items served each day. If you're someone who enjoys variety in your morning meals, you might want to consider skipping the buffet altogether and exploring some of the local breakfast options available nearby. There are plenty of cafes and eateries in the area that can provide a more diverse and enjoyable dining experience. On another note, I did have some interactions with the staff at Takao Restaurant, and I must say that they weren't particularly warm or welcoming. The service felt a bit lacking, especially from an older lady who seemed to create quite a scene when handling the plates. This could detract from the overall dining experience, so it might be worth considering other dining options if you're looking for a more pleasant atmosphere.
