這次去太原看趙傳演唱會，選擇了麗華大酒店，一進酒店，受到了熱情的接待，尤其是客户關係專員任書昊，幫我們拿行李還介紹酒店及房間設施，還幫我們到酒店餐廳排號，服務熱情周到，早餐工作人員王闖平，熱情的介紹了太原的特色飲食，演唱會當天，酒店還拍了接送班車，這次太原之行，讓我們感到了，高品質的服務質量和工作人員的熱情態度，下次再來，還會選擇麗華大酒店！

服務是好的。房間和設備比較陳舊了，馬桶水沖都沖不下去，該換了。早餐屬於五星級裏面比較少的，味道也不好。總體來説這個價格性價比較低。整體 4.5 分。樓下餐廳晚上可以看節目，對於常年在太原生活的我來説，看夠了。外地人可以看看。
