No carpet on the floor means it is cold in the winter. Also the AC is not very easy to control, the room warms up well but needed to keep the AC on high. The hardware of the hotel is very new. The car park was very convenient and the location is great, right in downtown. The staff were friendly and professional. We forgot our shoes on checking out and they called us within 5 minutes of leaving which was really helpful and thoughtful! This is a great value hotel for a downtown stay!

The hotel is a five-star service standard facility and the facilities are very clean and the rooms are very clean. The hotel butler and the front desk were very enthusiastic, and the hotel butler also delivered fruit and snacks. There is a large parking lot on the ground of the hotel.
