The Current Hotel, Autograph Collection

One of the ladies who answers the phone was not the friendliness person. But otherwise, there's no jacuzzi tub, the pool was freezing, no microwave, and no public parking. Finally, the rooftop bar was extremely windy. The décor was beautiful and everything was very clean. It was okay but not worth what I paid and not what I expected.

The front desk manager Patrick Fletcher was very rude when we checked in -when I got my keys and about to leave I happened to turn around he and his employees was laughing at me behind my back -I then asked for his manager contact information-he gave me the wrong email address-i went and looked for another manager-Mr. Austin Schmitzer gave me the operations manager Ami Patel email address-Mr Schmitzer was very nice-I emailed Ms Patel and gave her my phone numbers on August 23rd-she never contacted me backThen on September 5th she emailed me to set for a phone conversation. We agreed on a time and a date-she never called me that day-the next day she emailed to set up for another day -we agreed-then she didn’t call me again-until this day I never get a call or an email from her. I emailed Mr Carlos Sarmiento the GM -he never responded back -I came to conclusion this hotel has bad customer services from the leaderships and the front desk-they are rude and do not care . That is not what I expected from a Marriott property-I will report this to Marriott -hopefully in the future the guests will get a better service from this hotel

The Valet team led by Colt one of the best valet experiences I have ever had ! 5 day stay--they were awesome--helpful-friendly-professional . Thye could not have been more helpful--I will stay at that hotel again because of Colt and valet staff . Tom

Uuuummm…where do I begin..had really high hopes after the amazing Marriott stay I had in Sand Key for a work conference all week prior. Looking to have a relaxing stay here for the weekend before having to leave early Sunday morning, but instead a very positive experience turned sour with horrible TV reception (yep, I wanted to binge watch shows, sorry not sorry) and then I actually thought I was being kind by leaving the pool area as staff were setting up for something…it was obvious the staff was to “set up” for an “event” they were having this Saturday evening in the pool area, my thought was a wedding reception, a whatever party, which I get, but what I came to find out was it was for a ridiculous make-shift “club” they had with bass pumping music that had maybe 10-15 people attending max.

Patrick B was great, attentive and very pleasant during my delicious breakfast. I enjoyed breakfast on the terrace watching the sunrise. If you visit make sure to go to the happy hour on the roof. The aged steak was perfect. Also stop by the beach and take a moment to enjoy the bay I saw a dolphin.
