toilet doesnt flush, faucet drain real slow, room has super high ceiling with manual curtain which make it so difficult to close or open. There's a hssss sound at the aircon vent very close to bed. on the other hand lobby super low ceiling. counter not esp friendly.

It was a great Boutique like hotel in a very historic building I really love that my biggest problem is parking there is none and everything is valet so when I came out one time to get my car to go somewhere there was no valet to get my car and I had to get a ride with someone else

Nice employees. From check in to the restaurant. Very clean hotel, renovated rooms. Very historical and my most favorite is the restaurant , good food and drinks. Oh! The welcome champagne is a plus at check in. I feel so special. We will come back here with family and friends.

We enjoyed our quick one night stay in Downtown Tampa! The hotel is especially unique and has a lot of historical features. Our only complaint is the front desk staff was a little rude when we called from our room asking about room service. Other than that we would definitely stay here again! Great for a staycation.
