Indian girl receptionist look cold. Not friendly at all. However Malay guy (botak) and a lady (shift morning) very friendly! Also during breakfast time, all staffs were good and helpful! Work with smile! Foods for breakfast are average. My room also okay, just leaking a bit. But that’s okay. Overall perfect!

This hotel is cheap and quite old but I am satisfied with the service here...will stay again here..the important thing is that I like the view from the room..

Booked for two nights but ended up staying for zero. The room had a stale smell and we were greeted by a huge ant trail. The water from both the kitchen sink and the bathroom was yellow and there was clearly rust around the faucet areas. Got a room swap but the water and ant issues were still present. Went to another hotel for the next two nights instead.
Photos look decent but the actual condition of the hotel is poor. It really needs an upgrade.
Upset that management did not give us a refund even after we shared these issues. Seriously, rusty water is a health risk!

This hotel does not deserved a star even one. Please dont come to this classic hotel. This is first time i had a bad experience during stay at any hotel before this. I had booked the room include breakfast but suddenly when i came to check in,the reception informed me that my payment does not accept by them although i had paid it 10 DAYS early before the check in date. On the next morning,my unlucky experience continued after the hotel denied my breakfast package does not include on my booking. The hotel make me and my family like a beggars since day one. This is the first and last for me and my descent to make a step come to this hotel anymore.
