This hotel is a remarkable hidden gem along the Hudson river in Tarrytown, New York. Everything about our stay here was simply lovely.

We were really unsure about booking this hotel but in the end it was a wonderful stay.
This is a magical, historic, property that’s well maintained. Our room was huge in size with a lovely bright clean bathroom. The pool and overall hotel grounds were wonderful!
If I had to point out some negatives I’d say the decor in the bed room needs a bit of an update. Also, the restaurant being closed meant that breakfast was very limited. Such a grand setting should have eggs/ hot breakfast available to start the day. Super minor things.
We actually considered extending our stay just to lounge outside and listen to the birds. Really a lovely property.
but the decor was a lil strange.

We thought the grounds and facility were wonderful. We loved the concept. But, it needed some TLC. It has the potential to be fabulous place. It is a shame that it is not kept up as it should be. You should not call it a “….Hotel and Spa”, if you do not have the Spa open for guest.
It us so unique, we would love to see it thrive. Thank you!

We had the worst experience at this hotel. Somehow there were 2 reservations under our name. They refused to take 1 of the incorrect booking off the bill. Currently they don’t even have the restaurant or spa open. We would never recommend this hotel. The manager was not pleasant and just didn’t care. I know they didn’t lose a booking because of this mistake as they have several rooms available for the nights that we are staying.

Disappointing - normal amenities not available
Although this is a beautiful castle like property on extensive grounds with spacious rooms, a nice pool and even tennis courts, there is no restaurant or bar
Breakfast is a step below Hampton Inn
Room maid service poor as well
They need to up their game

it’s not a 4 start hotel and spa everything has been close restaurants spa and gym and ven longer . Sayd is dangeour man who threaten me by using not only intimidation and also lying to his gm some laura mazzanano. who only reminded me being bothered by her staff atv11:30 pm no staff on property! trust me stay away from this place you will thank me.
