Very good service, very good view! Good place for the stay!

Suddenly buffet for breakfast was replaced to a la carte. I understand that it happens because of lack of tourists in hotel. But for such substitutes should be information before booking and checking in hotel. If I knew that the breakfast would be a la carte, I would choose another hotel. Not fare play from hotel. Actually was surprised, cuz always NOVOTEL have had good breakfasts. But this case give a little shade.

Extremely clean, beautiful design and decoration. Providing wonderful high quality customer services to delight customers. Though this is a boutique hotel, I have a feeling of staying in a 5 stars hotel. Special thanks to Miss Ma Pyae Pyae Phyoe taking good caring of me during my stay. When I encountered difficulty returning to the hotel with my bicycle 12 km away, she arranged a car and together with the driver came to pick me up. I was so impressed with her arrangement. Breakfast is good, with fresh juice every morning. Highly recommend this hotel, would definitely come back.

Good meeting hall for 100 with quick wifi and smooth sound system. Swiming pool side bar has varity of choice with free snack for gin. Breakfast give traditional shan noodle and western foods. Early morning 5am pack for our golf tour was satisfactory. Rooms are seperated well and very private.

The best Hotel in Myanmar. Period. It was the best experience and the hotel is fully operative. Restaurant is the best as well. Ms. Thike Woun and Myo Htet Si Thu were excellent hosts!! Really recommend everything here. It was the best stay in Myanmar.

Living the experience in Inle lake is essential to understand Myanmar a little more. We stayed at the Novotel, in a suite on stilts overlooking the lake. Arriving from the tours was like arriving at our little oasis full of comfort, good taste in decoration, shower to refresh ourselves. Sleep in a super hyper cozy bed, with a duvet that hugs you. All these details are close to what the hotel offers us, a delightful pool area full of attention, a Spa with subtle and perfect decoration and with sweet people and wonderful hands for an unforgettable massage. The restaurant is great, from breakfast to dinner. And I want to express my gratitude to the entire team that served us so well. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of the people but there is no exception. And to all the hotel staff who made our stay unforgettable. Rest assured that you will be remembered forever.
