It was so difficult to find it at the middle of the night cuz there is no sign outside of the “hotel”. Tried to call many times looking for directions but no one answer.
Feels more like a hostel. But the balcony was nice.

Очень теплый прием на время нашего проживания. Натрия очень доброжелательна, в день загородной экскурсии организовала нам ранний завтрак. Завтраки очень вкусные, все по домашнему. Для проживания во время поездки в Тбилиси рекомендую!

Приехали с семьей в Виктория Инн, удивил дизайн и чистота в отеле. Очень вкусные завтраки. Приедим обязательно еще! Спсибо всему персоналу, особенно Хохобашивли Натии, вы лучшая. Такси до центра кстати всего 4 лари, по этому нет проблем что отель не в центре.

hotel is on exellent location with great design. i had a emorable stay and will definitely come back. they had great breakfast. room was clean and cozy. service is on high level. receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very nice. Maybe location is not the best but it is near center of Avlabari and close to Rustaveli avenue (with public transport). What i love here. 1. Price 2. Clear rooms 3. Breakfast is amazing.

Абсолютно не соответствует описанию и фотографиям либо нам дали самый худший номер. Заявлено было одно, по факту другое. Не соответствовал размер номера, наличие террасы, очень плохая шумоизоляция, неприятный запах в ванной комнате. Так как номер находился на первом этаже, запах дыма от сигарет постоянно тянул в номер. Но больше всего удивил совершенно безинициативный и неотзывчивый персонал:(

If you want to stay in this hotel, I advise you to hide gold jewelry and money. Hotel workers steal. My husband and I were in this hotel in early November and when we returned home, we found that the wedding rings were gone. And lately I found out that my gold earrings are gone too. Of course, the hotel staff did not find anything. This is a SHAME and a total disappointment.

Breakfsast super,staff super,rooms and atmosphere super everything was on top! Highly recommended! Visit this great hotel you can not find better place than this in Tbilisi , especially on this price range what they provide

i was in Tbilisi 2 weeks ago , and i visit Victoria Hotel , Staff was very Friendly , when i enter to lobby one guy named David helped me to take my luggage from Taxi to my floor , whole hotel and room was very clean and perfect designed , there is terrace on 4 th floor with very good view , location is not very good , but you can use Taxi , cost is around 2 $ to center , i had problem with wifi , but in one hour they solve this problem they change it for me , they are very friendly !
