Great hotel. Close to everything and very clean. Rooms are lovely and modern! Breakfast has a good selection and staff are helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. I liked the coffee pods in the room and the complimentary goodbye snacks at the end of my stay.

I cannot speak too highly of this hotel. The location was brilliant so it was easy to walk to all the attractions yet in a quiet little pocket. The room was lovely and bright and clean with excellent amenities. The breakfast had excellent choices including freshly cooked omelette etc. And the staff were outstanding. Special mention to Neka who without any fuss sorted out the mess I made of my booking dates, Ana-Anch who also proved so helpful and always with a smile and Zezwa. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tbilisi

Our stay at this uniquely styled hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The architecture and interior design of the property are truly one-of-a-kind, blending modern elegance with traditional Georgian charm. From the moment we contacted the hotel, the customer service was outstanding. Neka, the lovely woman at the front desk, was incredibly attentive to our needs. The great stuff responded promptly to our emails about arrival and airport transportation and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. While every staff member has been wonderful, Neka is the one who truly stands out. Neka went above and beyond what we would expect. She resolved every whim and issue we had immediately. Breakfasts at the hotel were exquisite, offering a perfect European cuisine with some Georgian touches. The variety of options and the freshness of the ingredients made every morning a delightful experience. Despite the hotel's surroundings and active nightlife, we slept soundly every night, thanks to the incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows and soundproof windows. This hotel is an incredible place to stay, with top-notch customer service, a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a prime location. Highly recommend!

I had the best night in Bazzar! first and foremost I have to mention the outstanding interior I was taking pictures in every corner. Everything is beyond beautiful and comfortable!! The hotel's location was ideal, in a quiet area and not too far a walk to Liberty square Staff were friendly and accommodating to our random requests - They helped us book a wine tasting, provided umbrellas when it rained amongst other things. Breakfast was delicious, I loved the variety Rooms were clean and comfortable
