Paid 2600 extra for dinner and breakfast while booking but quality of food is not worth of paying even 1000. They’ve limited options either for food, deserts or even for beverages.

No room service, dirty room, foul smell in room, unclean toilets, intercom not working, dirty linen, bathroom door not working, balcony door not working, bad food, over very bad

Dear properly was deserted we were the only guests. They have not mop the floor there all were scratches on floor, no dusting was done bf-or check in. Bathroom jet handle was broken and leaking also. They offered us 2nd room but we didn't as all rooms were deserted were ditto. Property is very big but not well maintained. Very few lights were lit as we were only guests. No welcome drink and on nd on.

Apart from room, they are not providing even shop moisturiser and comb which is basic needs, there is not a coffee pouch or tea bag during stay, charges for room heater as well

2. distance is the main drawback of resort. no convenience provided. food is so costaty. staff is good coprative but the location of resort is terrible.
