Came here for a business conference. We completed all the relevant paperwork, including dietary requirements for breakfast and lunch, and also coffee / pastries. Very disappointed that our gluten-free and fat free staff were not catered for. Also, the dining room was completely inappropriate for the number of people. There were not enough seats for everyone, and what seats there were where a very strange antisocial layout. There was also very little choice in the lunch buffet - basically spicy, which if you didn’t like there was no alternative. Will not be recommending this to anyone!

I booked this hotel I'm particular as it seemed like a secluded option rather then a city hotel and it was the right choice! Grounds and buildings ate beautiful and a grand place to stay. Room had 2 double beds and a small balcony overlooking the golf course and was so, so peaceful. Exactly what we wanted for the weekend. Used the gym, pool and steam room. Sat around the lobby reading a book. Used the restaurant on both nights, food was okay, but service was wonderful, especially from out Server (wasnt wearing a name badge but know he was from Croydon, as were were visiting from London). Breakfast was a winner in both selection and quality and Vlad was there both mornings so welcomed with a smile. If we weren't already Married, I'd want to get Married here! We walked through the Manor House and it's Beautiful, what a setting for a Wedding. We will be returning soon. For sure

Stayed just 1 night with my family and the kids loved it. Managed to get 2 sessions in the pool which was great, and the restaurant is decent quality to value too. Definitely can recommend the steak. Would recommend. Really well kept, with histical features

We had booked this for one night as a retreat. Before we arrived as my husband was a diamond member he was upgraded for free to an executive room (313). We arrived and it was very busy due to a wedding and only one person was on the desk and struggling so we had a wait. We then got room keys, some basic info and headed to the room. The room was large although a touch on the tired side in the bathroom. It was nice to have a large bath and bidet. Th room was comfy with two sofas tv etc, my only gripe is the air con is very noisy and we didn’t need it but couldn’t turn it off because it was centrally controlled. The wedding guests were also quite noisy when coming back to their accommodation in standard drunk style. Although no loud wedding music could be heard. The next morning however, even though maintenance on the water wasn’t due to start to midday there was no hot water so cold showers all round! We then checked out to find we had been charged £53.60 for our free upgrade. Beware of this and make sure you check the bill! Really bad that we had this money taken from us without our permission.

We had a very positive experience at Puckrup Hall and could not say anything negative about it. We used the standby upgrade request to book an upgraded room which was spacious, tastefully furnished and had a very pleasant golf view. Breakfast was extensive, one of the better Hilton breakfasts and the one evening meal we had in the hotel was good too. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and an overcharge at check out was quickly sorted out in our favour with an appropriate apology.
