Good as per facilitation & connectivity & location of the place. Rooms are are neat but service isn’t good enough& can be improved.

Person at reception was un-professional and untrained

there was comfortable stay over there in the hotel 😊

Reception was pathetic, they don’t even know that i have booking. Room i got they dint provide me key for that. Receptionist was reluctant to write my name on register even after telling multiple times he was not writ-ting my name he just took sign latter i dont know what he did. I wont recommend this if you are going with family.

I was having fever at that tym staff help us alot

They have mentioned all the rooms are delux, but rooms are small and cosy. There were no water bottle, soap, morning tea provided. Tv set wasn't working. Staffs were very much dishonest and were accusing us that we used ac whereas ac wasn't working. We found lots of hair in the best which was really disgusting. This is first, i bad experience of a hotel i booked through mmt. I am hoping mm t to take action and prevent their association with this kind of hotel going forward.

Very bad experience with this hotel. 1) no hot water. 2) blanket and bedsheet was torn and not washed. 3) there was no lock on the bathroom door. 4)the hotel is like a couple hotel not recommended for the family. 5) the receptionist was very rude. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

They room was okay but the bedsheet and pillow cover were torn-ed and not at all washed as if they gave us used room but we did tried managing through it but later we got to know that the door has no lock and they told us that the key was lost and you can leave the room open we have cctv and you can trust us after some discussion we asked for another room and when the other room was given the ac remote was lost overall the room was neat but the management was terrible
