Villa Kiza Apartments

I rented 2 apartments at this villa, one for 4 people and the other for 2. Unfortunately, both of them had a strange smell, dead and alive spiders, spider bites and the infernal noise of cars. But that's not why I gave only 3 stars. In order to check-in, we waited for 6 people an hour later than the scheduled time, i.e. 15.00, we arrived at the location around 11.00. 00. We waited, being understanding that no, the respective people left later, even if the check-out is done until the maximum. 11.00. The cleaning lady and the gardener are very helpful. After all the ordeal on the road on the first day, I also had a problem with the washing machine (Ps. it was not possible to wash the clothes in the other apartment either, they brought them to us after I received another one instead), and it started to flow under it water through the hall of the apartment, I'll attach some pictures. I've never seen such small and old washing machines in my life. They looked like they were for dwarfs. I talked to the owner and the next day, alas, he brought us another machine just as small but still used. At least this looks more from our century. The bed linen was changed only once in 5 days! And after 2 days, the silence quickly ended... The people staying on the 1st floor were crawling on the chairs and talking until 2 in the morning. We didn't manage to rest at all. Even if we sent a message to the owner, he didn't do anything about it. Not even to let us know that he talked to them or anything. Total carelessness! Yes.. To go to the store, or to eat something, it's a bit difficult on foot. Many cars driving chaotically, the street without a sidewalk. You have to take a car to the cliff. But, what can I say, overall it was ok. There was enough parking, green grass. I also saw some turtles, beautiful. Unfortunately, I won't come back here on vacation. I thank the owner for his kindness, but he still has work to do if he wants to have customers satisfied. Carelessness will not help! Thank you for reading my review!
