Very good for the night. There were 4 of us, affordable rates, close to a shopping street with restaurants

Very nice to learn of our upgrade upon arrival Impossible to contact between 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Dirty accommodation (window and door frames accessing balcony and toilet block) Provision of unusable kitchen equipment (frying pans) to the point that I was brought a new one. Unusable scaled kettle Clean bedding Reduced breakfast area and minimal offer. Pleasant parking in the second basement Shower drain blotched throughout the stay despite confirmations of intervention to allow us to take a "normal" shower!! Clog in the kitchen area sink: impossible to do the dishes so impossible to prepare meals requiring cleaning. Dirty balcony with pigeons coming to spill out!! 4G communication IMPOSSIBLE Insufficient soundproofing: trains pass THREE meters from the two-room apartment number 103

A fuir Tout est négatif : c’était sale, pas de climatisation, l’hôtel ne se trouve pas dans un secteur agréable (je ne me sentais pas en sécurité), le train passe juste devant les fenêtres de certaines chambres… Mon séjour a été une catastrophe

Decent and clean aparthotel, easy to find. A refresh in terms of paint and change of accessories would be a plus

A decent stay, very warm welcome upon our arrival. The accommodation is dated with a view of the neighboring buildings The regular train passages were not noisy since we were on the 5th floor The secure parking is paid, I recommend it because few places available outside

Positive point, well placed to do everything on foot. Negative points : - smell of sewer in the bathroom - dirty dishes, burnt pan, - brown shower and toilet bottom seals, - defective kitchen faucet - don't eat breakfast after 9am...there's nothing left!

To flee. The hotel is on train tracks. At each passage, a bell rings. Without forgetting unwanted road noise, especially motorcyclists. There is no air conditioning either, so you have to open the window in summer...

If you value tranquility, this hotel is not for you. The windows overlook the traffic and the train line. The lack of ventilation in the room makes it impossible to keep the window closed to avoid noise.
