Hotel Merlin International

I recently had the misfortune of staying at hotel merlin international and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The front office staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy, making me feel unwelcome from the moment i arrived. The room i was allocated was in a deplorable state, with poor cleanliness and maintenance. The bed linen was stained, the bathroom was dirty, and the floor was littered with dust and dirt. Despite bringing this to the attention of the housekeeping staff, the issues were not addressed during my stay. The attitude of the front office staff was dismissive and unhelpful, and they seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. As a paying customer, i expect a certain level of service and cleanliness, which this hotel failed to provide. I would not recommend hotel merlin international to anyone and would advise others to consider alternative options.

Very good stay in your hotel. Food also nice served, staff behaviour is very nice, Hotel manager Mr. Mathews ,ranjith and sowmiya helped all the way for arraging vehicle for sight seeing & purchases. All the best for ur business.thankyou once again i will visit this place.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay hotel merlin international. It is located very near to the thrissur railway station. Room was neat, tidy and spacious.

This hotel is located near the railway station. Good stay and staff very friendly. Rooms are small but enough for two people.

We faced very unpleasant experience in this hotel. First they gave a room where fan was making a lot of noise. Later when we complained and they have done repair work from night 10pm to 4am morning, we did not sleep whole night, we have complained so many times, even-though they have not stopped it. It is terrible stay for us in this hotel.

Nice hotel to stay with your family n friends. Ranjeet and krishna very supportive and helpful. Big play ground and garden where ur kids play and enjoy. Restaurant food is delicious and bar lounge is great.garden area is big where u can host party and other functions. And 24 hour security available. 🙏

Nice and calm atmosphere to stay . Food and hospitality was really good . Ambience was nice and Lovely. Receptionist staff Renjith was especially very helpful and have quick response. Amazing experience . Room accessories are all good and clean.

. Stay was not satisfactory. Bedsheet was old and bad smelling. Coudnt sleep properly due to continuous train alarms. Room service was not upto the mark
