I recently had the misfortune of staying at hotel merlin international and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The front office staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy, making me feel unwelcome from the moment i arrived. The room i was allocated was in a deplorable state, with poor cleanliness and maintenance. The bed linen was stained, the bathroom was dirty, and the floor was littered with dust and dirt. Despite bringing this to the attention of the housekeeping staff, the issues were not addressed during my stay. The attitude of the front office staff was dismissive and unhelpful, and they seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. As a paying customer, i expect a certain level of service and cleanliness, which this hotel failed to provide. I would not recommend hotel merlin international to anyone and would advise others to consider alternative options.
