We booked a room to ourselves so had separate toilet and shower. Nice room, although barely space to put stuff on but considering the price and location, still excellent value for money. Melissa and her sister (we'd assume she is your sister Melissa, so very sorry if we got it wrong) are very nice, Melissa answered our questions of how to get where and recommended a nice restaurant. No kettle in the room but downstairs kitchen is for shared use - you can borrow cutleries and mugs/glasses, just ensure they are returned promptly. I saw some residents using the cooker etc. to cook meals, but we didn't do that. Guess would be handy. Nowhere to hang up washing in our family room but again, you can borrow coat hangers and there is an airer in the garden, so all basic needs are sorted. All guests we had talked to were very friendly too. If anything during our stay that was a bit strange, may I just mention (politely), was the lady working at the breakfast, I did not get her name because we barely had any conversation with her (as we usually do naturally and pleasantly with other service staff, everywhere we visit), but from our first ever communication with her, we felt that she was not very approachable. We felt as if we were being scrutinised and the contact was just cold, with reflection, we couldn't think of anything that we had done wrong, and deemed ourselves good guests (like we already clean after ourselves and were always polite), and we did not eat a ridiculous amount of food compared to other guests we had observed (it's a breakfast buffet upon booking, right?), so we couldn't think of any reason why we felt the lady was not very willing to help us from our 1st morning in the kitchen (a big contrast to Melissa and her sister). Not sure if there was any miscommunication or simply personal bias, what bothered us more was the lady seemed a lot nicer to some other guests (and when I checked again the reviews, there were lots of nice mentions of the breakfast lady, which just made we feel even worse, though we were not sure if those were talking about the same lady), Anyway, I tried not to take it personal and we had no idea why it made us feel that way, but this was the only thing that made us feel uncomfortable during the stay, every thing else was very good, so overall, we should give a top score. The hotel was great. Close to the aiport, superb pool and restaurant. Amazing room, the staff were very helpful and even transferred me for my early flight. Having worked in the hospitality industry for 6 years I was immensely impressed by the professionalism and upgrade they offered me. I wish I had a chance to stay with them longer. 10/10 would recommend, well worth it!

A disappointment!!! We booked and payed for one night in AS Tirana, in advance. Once we got there, at the check in, the reception staff told us we had to pay an extra fee which was composed by the city fee and mandatory fee: 20€/person/night. Honestly, this price does not make any sense. This is almost the price for one night! No receipt with the described fees were provided to us! In any moment this was informed in the reservation and this never happened before in any hotel in Albania. After some research on this, we noticed this already happened to other people and the values vary a lot. Watch out for this! Regarding the room, the hotel apparently have 4 starts, but the floor was lifted up due to water and there was only one blanket. The breakfast was super poor, with very few options. The existing options runned out very fast and we had to wait a lot of time for the food to be replaced. In terms of location, its a 25min walk from the city center and its not easy to find the hotel. The internet was good. Overall, not pleased with this choice, and due to the extra fees we are relieved that we only stayed one night! Suggestion for the hotel: include this on the price!

The location of the hotel is in the city center, and the surrounding area is very lively and convenient for travel. Maybe it's a rule. During the stay, passports are collected and placed in a cabinet behind the front desk. As far as the bedding is concerned, the window of our room is facing the square, which is very lively at night~

The room is luxurious, clean and well-equipped, and the kitchen appliances and kitchenware are all available. The bathroom is stylishly designed, the bed is very comfortable, and the price is relatively cheap, making it worth renting.

A very modern hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always at the guest's disposal. Highlight the location close to the center of Tirana and the incredibly comfortable beds. Totally recommended if you want to visit Tirana at a great price.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights wanting some peace and quiet after exploring the city and mountains. The hotel looks very nice when you ses it and the spa area was good . The rooftop bar was a nice place to have a drink however the food was poor and the service very slow . On two of our 3 nights we could here very loud music until gone 2am , we rang down to reception and eventually it stopped . The rooftop bar is very lively at night and I belive they had a function on . Beware If you want a good night's sleep you probably won't get it here . I did make a complaint but nothing was said or done .

I have visited many countries, and in hotels of all kinds, and at some point I have had to ask for ”late checkout” or what is the same ”late checkout” because my flight back home leaves very late that day. In this case I paid almost €600 for practically 2 nights, it was 3 nights, but the first night I arrived at the airport at 2 in the morning, that is, practically 2 nights, when in Albania hotels are very cheap, but I preferred to grab a Known chain just in case, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A LATE CHECKOUT OF 2h because my flight left at 18:50 in the afternoon, THEY TOLD ME NOOOO, when the hotel was newly opened and was practically empty!!!!!!!! I THINK IT WAS VERY VERY BAD, I HAD TO BE WALKING AROUND TIRANA AND EAT SUPER LATE, TO BE ABLE TO MAKE TIME UNTIL 4:00 PM when I went to the airport. I THINK I RECOMMEND THE HOTEL? NO!!!!, I THINK OF GOING BACK??? NO!!!!, not only because of this, but because it is far from the center, the hotel's Terra restaurant is very expensive, and look, almost nothing surprises me, but the difference in prices compared to the rest of the city surprised me very much. We ordered some mini Iberian pork chops and an Angus rib and 2 waters to eat, and they charged us €135, when in the ERA restaurant, which is 50 meters from the hotel, TripAdvisor recommends it, and it cost us an exquisite risotto, and 2 Angus T-bone steaks of 1,200 grams with a garnish of mushrooms and vegetables, plus bread, plus 2 waters, plus a Pepsi max, EYE €53, crazy!!!! And everything was very good, so the prices of the hotel are not justified. Is the hotel nice? Yes!!!, is it comfortable??? Yes!!!, it is practically new, it was opened recently, but that does not give the right to be charged 5 times more for eating in its facilities, it is 1 and a half km or more from Skanderbeg square and everything there is What to visit in the capital of Albania. I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was sooooo friendly. They kindly did some laundry for me (5 euro surcharge ) The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. I recommend letting the front desk know if you want breakfast, I didn't realize I had to do this, but they still accommodated me last minute which I appreciated so much. Breakfast is not included in price. Cute cafe on the lower level and great location! I hope I can visit again someday.

We were two nights in Pandora and felt well. The beds are soft, we found them very good. The bathroom has a marble chic. The nice receptionist was very helpful. He described the nearest stop from which to reach the centre in 10 minutes (for €0.4). We picked up at the baker just next to Croissants and Berek, he gave us dishes and coffee. Very nice. We also let wash clothes, which was very priced and quickly done. The area around the hotel is a little poor but harmless. We would book there immediately.
