Good hotel near govindaraja swami temple good service from staff. Clean and hygiene room.

Average and hot water was not there. They said hot water will come after 2buckets but no hot water. They are using solar hot water system. Room is very small. Blankets are not looking good. We stayed only one hour just got ready and came out. Not so great experience but just ok.

Poor experience. No cleaning, had to shift for another room as there were cockroaches on the bed. No ventilation.

Trilok residencey, tirupati was a clean, beautiful and safe hotel near by the tirumala bus stand as well as tirupati railway station. Staff of the hotel was very well behaved and polite. It was a pleasant moment. *makemy trip* is the no. 1 and best app for accommodation every where in india.

the hotel is located in a narrow lane in close proximity of tirupathi bus stand and railway station parking, dedicated parking can't be expected from hotel. receptionist was good i have visited twice to this hotel till date.

We are return from tirumala temple obviously we are tired they are delayed for check in process. As per govt norms aadhar card cannot stored anywhere but they wants aadhar card only. They are not agreed about vote id, dl for pp also. This is unacceptable. room don't know hot water facility we asked hot water for bathing purpose. They are get somewhere in the lodge. While check out asking for separate charges for hot water and room cleaning charges and the bathroom was very small wc fixed one corner but in case people wants use that wc. The customers should know the long jump and high jumps. Young and male people accept this but elder and pregnant women's can't stand there. Bedsheet was holes and torn
