This hotel is self-managed. The rooms are quite big and clean. There is a supermarket right outside the hotel. It is a 9-minute walk from Ningyocho subway station. It is pretty good and has a decent price-performance ratio.

No one was there, making check-in and check-out a hassle. Then on the day of check-out, no one came in advance to tell us that we would check out at 10 o'clock. The hotel I stayed at before always had a check-out time of 12 o'clock, and the latest check-out time was 11 o'clock. Came over at 10:30 and told us it had been more than half an hour. There was an overtime fee of 2,000 yen. We scanned the QR code to check out as required, but it took a few more minutes, resulting in more than half an hour, and a total overtime fee of 4,000 yen was spent. I can only say that the experience is very bad, it feels too dark. I will not stay here again in the future, and please be careful with future guests. If you are overtime for a while, you will be charged an overtime fee.

It is a very comfortable space. Can fit up to 4 people. Has all the amenities you need. Has a family mart 2 minutes away. Has all the subway lines that you need to go to the major attraction spots. Very close to akihabara. Self check in. It was a fast smooth check in and check out process.
