The location was amazing! Super close to everything youd want to see in Shibuya :)

Perfect for my family of 5! So close to everything.

Highly recommended. This was perfect for my partner and our two teenage girls - everyone had enough space to themselves when needed. Bathroom was spacious with two sinks. I didn’t see a washer/dryer listed in the features but we had one in our room which was very helpful. The location was great, close to the subway and lots of good little restaurants nearby. The 7-11 downstairs couldn’t be more convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

The location is great, and the aesthetic are pleasing when entering. They are rated on ******* as 5 star but it very much isn’t, it’s all self service, our washing machine didn’t work and we had to repair ourselves with instructions via email, request for extra pillows was denied so we had to go out and buy them. The walls are super thin and the street noise at night particularly on the weekend is a huge disturbance for a young family. We also found the beds too hard and woke up very sore every morning. The bathroom is very big for Japan but not well planned the shower is so tiny you can barely turn around and we had to turn the hot water on for a good couple of minutes before using. I think for the price being asked some form of customer service is needed.

This booking is in a great location and walking distance to train stations, stores, restaurants, and downtown area. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Shibuya and would stay here again!

Great apartment for a family, close to Shibuya Scramble Crossing and all the excitement of Shibuya. Loved that this apartment has a washing machine. Make sure you know what the building looks like and that you have read the instructions as you check yourself in and out. I took a screenshot so maps got us to the location and then recognised the building from the street photo I had. You go to level 2 and then use the pad to check in.
