This was my second time staying here- both times for concerts at Ariake stadium. The only thing is it’s tricky to get a parking spot, I ended up paying ¥18,500 to park at the garden mall overnight- which really was a shock but the parking lot in front and back of the hotel is very limited. Other than that the free amenities bar is nice!

Located in airy area of tokyo. Very near ariake mall. Staff were extremely helpful. Amenities provided were great. Lovely clean, new hotel.

The room is clean and well equipped. It is also quiet. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the bus and metro and with a mall around the corner.
Unfortunately, the service was not so good. We arrived late in the morning and asked when we could check in. We were told that it would be possible at around 1 pm. When we got back at that time, we were told that an early check-in would incur additional costs. We had not been told that beforehand. While we were waiting, we asked for a glass of water. They couldn't bring us one. Instead, we got ourselves some tap water from the sink. When we checked in later, we saw a sign in the elevator saying that there would be a welcome drink. We were not offered one. Nor were we told about the free shuttle bus to sights in the city.
It's a shame, because the hotel is new and well equipped. Everyone was always friendly, but unfortunately not customer-oriented.
