The hotel facilities and rooms are relatively old, but transportation and dining are extremely convenient. The bus stop to Haneda Airport is only a few minutes' walk away, and the hotel service is very good.

I stayed with a friend in a twin room in the summer.
It was close to the station and looked clean, which was nice.
However, the air conditioner gave off a moldy smell when set to cool or dehumidify, which was a negative point.
I also thought it would have been better if the chairs in the large communal bath were a little bigger and fit better (as they tend to slip when using body soap).
