It is close to the station of Shintomi CHO, but it may be lost when you go for the first time because the road facing is thin and the surroundings are residential areas. If I had left my luggage in advance, I was carrying it to the room, and it was very helpful for my tired body. There is no mirror on the wall facing the table, so it may be a little lacking for the woman who wants to sit and makeup. (There is a view at the entrance and exit, so there is no mirror) It seems to have opened recently, but the bathroom is small with a long time ago standard.

The breakfast is very simple and average, but you can go out to eat. The location is good, the bed is big and comfortable, and the service attitude is very good. Standing at the elevator door and helping me press the elevator, the shampoo and conditioner are a bit poor, you can change to a better one , the room is small and only one suitcase can be placed in the ground floor

The hotel is located within a short walk from metro station Tsukiji exit 3A (stairs only) and exit 3B (elevator). It has a posh feel due to the use of carpet in the lobby and corridors. Front desk staff can speak English and service is efficient and professional. Room is small but comfortable. Pyjamas, bedroom slippers and toiletries are provided.

Advantages, the hotel hardware is better:
The new hotel has new equipment and the air conditioner has no odor
Convenient transportation. The hotel is close to Shinbashi Station for 3-4 minutes on foot and Hibiya Station for 5-7 minutes on foot.
The hotel is across the road from Hibiya's food court & 711, next door to FamilyMart, and behind Lawson. It is generally very convenient.
The hotel cleans very early. One day, I went back to the hotel to get something around 12 o'clock, and the room had been cleaned.
Disadvantages:
The hotel waiters are all classic Japanese fake smiles😏 (nothing bad or good)
The overall feeling of the room is that the area is less than 20 square meters
The design of the chaise longue on the bay window is incomprehensible. Why is this protruding? It's better to make a desktop... (Does the bay window count as an area???)
The room lights are very, very dim, all warm yellow light🙄
No full-length mirror
Some wrong information marked by Ctrip:
No Chinese service
No iron

It is a little difficult to recommend if it is 2 name or more, but it is definitely recommended if it is 1 name. Also, there is a discount at GO TO, so if you are an adult, you will recommend taking a room for 2 names. (I don't recommend it for small children. There is no feeling that the wall is never thick, and it is assumed that it is business use, and it is quiet) Tsukiji market is also soba, and there is Ginza, and it is close. There are convenience stores, tarris, sushi shops, etc., and Daiso is right next to the drug store. The net environment is good. The woman has a sample size for 1 times at the entrance and is convenient because she can get it. There are mug cups, pots, ranges in the room and extension codes. Recommended to spend alone.

Yurakucho station is around 10 mins walk away. The area has high end brand shops like LV & Bvlgari. On Sunday they blocked traffic so that pedestrians can walk on the roads freely.
Tokyo station is also nearby, a 20 mins walk away and the underground area has lots of food choices.
This hotel is very cramped and small but they leave amenities for you to take freely & staff customer service is efficient & polite. Gotta but water on your own though as they don’t give you bottles of water everyday.
If you’re able to afford, go for the bigger rooms so that your luggage can be put on the floor. The photos of the room in their listing looked bigger than 6-9m2 and I felt kinda cheated. But oh well, lesson learnt.

A British-style hotel full of Christian colors. There is an 18th-century statue of Jesus in the hotel lobby. There is a bilingual Bible in English and Japanese in a drawer in the hotel room.
The breakfast at the hotel was great. The room design shows the Japanese's usual attention to detail.
There are also good Japanese and Western restaurants around the hotel

We were very impressed by the Aloft Hotel in Ginza. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the three rooms which our party stayed in were fantastic. Whoever designed the rooms should be congratulated as they offered lots of useful additions that we haven’t noticed before. For example, the magnetic bedside shelf (no more phones or iPads falling off), the hot steam iron, the fabric spray (and plenty of coat hangers), a superb shower area and the modern Toto toilet. The daily breakfast in the Warehouse was first class too! The rooms were far better than we were expecting and all the staff that we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The hotel was an easy walk from the Higashi Ginza metro (underground) station which was a relief as our party of 6 had lots of suitcases between us. And it was just a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the Imperial Palace grounds. Five star all round!!!

Our first time stay here but we really liked our stay!
-service : Hotel stuffs are all nice and friendly and trying to be helpful!
-room: it’s quite small but I like that there are one work desk and another small desk which was very convenient as we are 2 of us. Lovely view from our room with Mount Fuji view in the morning if weather is well.
-location: very good location, it’s just by the Shinagawa station and about 5mins walk. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around so no need to go to other place to eat! And many good food around!
We will come back again!

4.6/5
Outstanding
CChia-linExcellent four star hotel for the value and price. Unfortunately they no longer office concierge service to book restaurants. However staff is very nice and all speak English fluently, available 24 hours. Would recommend and return.
FFloreyLocation:
1) It's 5 mins ride from Ginza , taxi is about 880 to 12xx yen depends on timing so if you have a few people travelling , taking taxi is a good option.
2)It has 2 metro stations nearby with very short walk. I tried to google actual view for the walk before ibarrived japan and it felt like much longer than it actually is. Both stations are just around the cornor. Daimon station is on Asakusa line, and Onarimon station on Toei Mita line.
3) Many convenience stores nearby and 2 are particularly almost just next to the building with less than a hubdred steps walk i bet.
4) Many eatery around the area too, if ypu are willing to walk down for 10 to 15mins to shinbashi direction, it's a full street of resturants and drinking places run until late.
5) We rented a car for a few days for our driving trip. The hotel offers 24 hrs parking (no hourly rate option although they have the price, guess that hourly price is for dine in customers) for arpund 2500 yen but there are a few open public carpark just outside the hotel where you can park your car for just 500 yen as maximum between 1900 to 0800 ( its perfect for us as we go back late n go out early everyday)
The premise:
1) Not the newest but very well maintained, clean and neat
2) It's extremely close to Tokyo tower, you can take close shot of it when you walk back to hotel. We stayed in even number room which is not facing Tokyo tower side so i bet the Odd number rooms would be able to see it from their window😉
3) There's free nespresso coffee machine at check in lobby, we fueled ourselves with it every morning before we start our joruney of the day
4) Rooms are small but very well design with good utilisation of spaces
5) We booked a 3 bedder room with bunk beds , my kid loves it and got very excited running up and down every night. The bed is with mostly round cornors which is a nice detail that a mom who travel with kid wpuld appriciate
6) Although the rooms are small but they have a reading room on each floor where you can have some private quiet time for yourself if you need so, and the lobby has plenty of comfortable setting where you can bring your computer to work or i think its a great idea when we saw a group of friends drinking there too.
Improvement recommendation:
1) There are 3 shelves in the bathroom , top is for brushing cups, it's better to add something at the edge or a tray to avoid falling of cup as when it's wet , it's easy to slide down. I broke one 😅 as im not tall and the cups were one next to each other, so it's quite easy to have accident breaking it
2) The hotel website can add transportation to and from the 2 airports and other popular destinations as the location is really not bad. It's very helpful for those who are looking at the hotel to make up their mind.
3) The website can also show some reference for taxi cost going to nearby popular tourist destinations for reference of distance , that makes the hotel a more tourist friendly option.
Conclusion: I would recommend the hotel and stay there again.
DDannyI recently stayed at the Jr Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, receiving a perfect score of 5/5. Situated near the Shinjuku Jr station and Lumines 1 and Lumines 2 mall, it offers unparalleled convenience for exploring Tokyo and commuting to other parts of the city and simple shopping needs. The cleanliness and service were also top-notch, both deserving a solid 5/5 rating. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, and the rooms were kept impeccably clean throughout my visit.
The amenities were mediocre, earning an average rating of 3/5. While they were certainly functional and satisfactory, there wasn’t any wow factor to them. However, given the hotel's prime location and exceptional service, this can easily be overlooked. Overall, the Jr Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku is a highly recommended choice for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Tokyo.
KKaren TravellerWe book this hotel due to the free shuttle bus service to Disneyland and the appointment need to be made 2 months ago via the website . The shuttle bus is quite full but makes us very convenient to the park. We took the Limousine Bus from NRT airport straight to the hotel with around 1.5 hours and you can also buy the return ticket from the front desk. The transportation support of this hotel is awesome ! We also book a car nearby in Nippon car rental and only take us 5 mins walking distance to the car pick up point , the overnight parking charge is affordable with only 1000 yen per night. Recommended this hotel to those travellers looking for fast and convenient transportation time.
EEng KiatThe hotel is located at an excellent location. It is just outside the subway station. This is a plus when you are coming back from late night tour. The room is small but well furnished. The bed and pillow is a bit too soft as it is probably an old room. There is a Wendy at level 2 that sells awesome and affordable western food. In terms of service, the team is responsive. Due to lack of manpower, there can be a queue at peak hour. I tried the laundry service and it’s reliable too. Overall, this is a good business hotel. I will highly recommend it due to its location.
YyongdanielIt’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel.
The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful.
Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊
MMurahariOnly 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station (Exit North/W) along the way there are several shops including konbinis like Lawson and Family Mart.. there's also an AEON supermarket right next door! Love that this quiet neighborhood has so many facilities next to each other. Infront of the property there's a halal Pakistani Restaurant which adds a bonus for any traveller staying there. Also, the onsen within the property was what attracted me in the first place, Japan isn't Japan w/o a trip to an onsen and having one downstairs in the hotel is a convenient relief after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo! Will definetly return for future stays!
GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel more than 4 or 5 times, and it has consistently been one of my favorites. The hotel's convenient location offers direct access to coaches going to both international airports, saving you the trouble of finding alternative transportation. While the rooms are on the smaller side, those with a view of the Shibuya crossing are particularly impressive. However, one aspect that has been disappointing is the lack of recognition or gestures from the hotel for returning customers, which makes it feel as though there is a lack of appreciation for loyalty.
GGuest UserThe room is not too big, two large beds should be placed on the sofa bed
But the win lies in the cleanliness of the enterprise and the friendly attitude of the waiters
The mattress is thick enough to provide support, my daughter likes the upper and lower lattice beds
GGuest UserThis hotel is nicely located not far from Ueno Station and Asakusa, it’s also impeccably clean and newly renovated. The area is safe, quiet, and well lit.
However, when we arrived our assigned room was not the one we booked and we had to accept a lesser room and request a price adjustment from Trip.com, a process that was so long and frustrating that we nearly gave up the entire reservation. The hotel staff tried to help but given that our room wasn’t available, there wasn’t much they could do.
Following our check-in, we rarely saw hotel staff or even a front desk attendant. In summary, this place is good in a pinch but it’s more like a serviced apartment than a hotel so plan accordingly.
