Hotel itself is huge and very comfortable and lots of close shops, restaurants, metro stations. The staffs are very attentive and kind. Definitely recommend! Two thumbs up for solo and business travelers also family travelers. But for the seniors, you have to walk from stations and tokyo dome city is gigantic. You need to walk a lot or take a taxi would be a choice.

We stayed in this hotel in October 2019 for our wedding trip. This is a well-designed hotel with the use of warm wood throughout the hotel common areas and rooms. The rooms are not large, which is perfectly normal in Tokyo, but the bathrooms are relatively spacious. The hotel is located on a side street behind a main drag, so there is a definite sense of tranquility about this hotel. There are multiple transportation links, both trains and subways, close by, and small shops and restaurants within walking distance (a somewhat unique neighborhood since there are a number of universities in the area). The breakfast buffet was ample, with eggs made to order, but the Japanese breakfast available on the weekends is fantastic (there is a limit of 15 meals per day so you need to arrive early). My only complaints were that the lighting in the room could be brighter and the weak Wifi signal (it kept dropping). Overall, though, a very nice stay, but the place will become more popular and more expensive soon.

The hotel situated in a business district, away from the busy crowds and noises, but still convenient enough to get around Tokyo via metro, nearest metro station ’Iidabashi’ is only 3 mins by foot. There are some good restaurants within 7 mins walk from the hotel. Hotel staffs are very helpful and professional, the hotel is always busy with events/banquets, in my week-long stay here I don’t see any tourists group. We are staying in the newly refurbished tower, it’s clean and in good condition. But two things we’d comment is that the vent in the bathroom has a bug clot of dust clogged up that need to be cleaned; and also the air conditioning has turned off a couple of times in the middle of the night leaving us waking up sweating. But otherwise it was a good stay - giving the relatively spacious room Hotel Metropolitan Edmont offered that you don’t typically find in many central Tokyo hotel.

The location is abit far from any train station but it was link thru sunshine city shopping mall. Come during winter , the AC is central control so the room is abit stuffy so the staff offer us a standing fan. Hope they can upgrade the AC system. We do have a great view able to see the Tokyo tower
