Unbelievably clean. Room was so warm which was nice as it was so cold outside when we stayed. We had 3 rooms in one unit. The staff and service are very good and helpful. Location in the middle of xizha scenic area was great! The staff can drive u anywhere by buggy if you don’t want to walk. The outdoor breakfast was amazing.. so much variety to try. The hotel breakfast even though included we did not try because we were too tired to get up early.

I upgraded to an executive room and I really like this room type. The bathroom, bedroom, workbench and wardrobe areas are separated just right so that they don't interfere with each other. Although the room is a little noisy because it's next to the road, I slept well because of the good bedding. The toiletries are all citrus-scented and the bathtub smells great. Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

Hotel is quite a decent option outside the wuzhen scenic park ( just 8min walk), room is spacious and but fridge in room is not cold enough and somehow the room aircon was not functioning normal, turn on to cold mode but somehow was in warm mode, while the warm mode was the cold, which made our first night was suffering from sweat in the bed. Shower room has water stain as seen in photo, Factilies are good and have 3 sets washer and dryer available, breakfast place is good but food is normal, don't expect too much though. Front desk and hotline service is normal and couldn't feel much of their passion. But generally the hotel is a good option for staying in wuzhen if you are looking for chain brand and newer hotel.

He has always introduced us the travel strategy of Wuzhen in a soft voice, told us various suggestions for avoiding pitfalls, and how to play more fun. This road is very convenient for eating on Ciyun Road. There are all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets. It is also very close to the Xizha Scenic Area. It takes only five minutes to walk to the Xizha Scenic Area. The entrance is the south gate of the Xizha Scenic Area. . One thing to say, the night view of Wuzhen is really beautiful. Wuzhen’s scenic spot management is also very good. The room we lived in was very comfortable, and the service was very warm. Take a pair of slippers, adjust the TV, water temperature, etc., and respond immediately. I am very patient. I give this hotel a five-star rating, and I highly recommend friends to come to this hotel , experience it. Oh, by the way, this hotel also has free parking spaces. Just tell the housekeeper when you come and they will arrange it for you. If you don’t drive, you can take a taxi from Wuzhen Bus Station to this hotel in just a few minutes and cost 8 yuan. In short, everything yyds! ! All five points! ! !

Inspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath. There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty). Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb. The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet. Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.) Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.) There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

I booked last minute but I was so so lucky to book this hotel. The staff were all so nice and friendly, even they cannot speak English but they were always willing to help me anytime. The location is super good, just 5 steps to the town. The room is nice, they even get the water purifier machine - which I was so suprised. The smell like tea too. Very cosy and friendly - it's 100% worth for the price. I definitely book again for my next trip

Nice little quaint hotel that had great value for the money. Super clean. The pool is smaller but clean enough for the family including a two year old however it was over her head. They had a little boat to put her in but a few clothes there would be nice. The toilet was great (weird to write that but must be stated) and the shower was great. Small rooms but if you want a bed and comfort then this was great. I booked the place based on a foreigner review of the place and I concur it has great value for the money. Close to both gates and I recommend it for a couple of nights especially if you are out all day and coming back to the place. Book it and see if you like it and then book again! When we were there isn’t was peaceful albeit the birds at night, but that’s not the hotels fault, that’s nature.

🙌I am international guest and this is my own experience in this hotel .I would say mainly 3 things about my experience 1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣 2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤 3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤 ❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity. 😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm . he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺 ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

Lovely hotel and location in a quieter area. Overall friendly service and bell hop. Family room large and comfortable. Nice view from room especially at night. Location and hours information was not shared at time of check in re: swimming pool, gym, spa. Especially for foreigners, this would be appreciated as no info is provided in the room. Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.

I booked last minute but I was so so lucky to book this hotel. The staff were all so nice and friendly, even they cannot speak English but they were always willing to help me anytime. The location is super good, just 5 steps to the town. The room is nice, they even get the water purifier machine - which I was so suprised. The smell like tea too. Very cosy and friendly - it's 100% worth for the price. I definitely book again for my next trip

Unbelievably clean. Room was so warm which was nice as it was so cold outside when we stayed. We had 3 rooms in one unit. The staff and service are very good and helpful. Location in the middle of xizha scenic area was great! The staff can drive u anywhere by buggy if you don’t want to walk. The outdoor breakfast was amazing.. so much variety to try. The hotel breakfast even though included we did not try because we were too tired to get up early.
