The hotel provides an hourly shuttle service to the airport. It only takes 15 minutes to take the public bus to Kipling station, and the bus station is only a 3-minute walk away. It is a very convenient way for travelers who only stay for a few days and do not have a car to visit downtown. . Breakfast is also very rich.

The hotel is in a very nice location just few minutes drive to the airport but they do provided transport back and forth form the airport when needed. My wife and I used public transportation which was very easy to figure it out and cheap. we always end up at the airport and we called the hotel shuttle to come pick us to back to the hotel. The shuttle service was very plus service on the hotel. The breakfast was TERRIBLE for us. They offer dry pancakes, ham and eggs may be potatoes on other days but it was nothing to look forward for. after day we stopped waking up early in the morning for breakfast. The complementary coffee and hot water for teas was always luke warm. if your booking the hotel for the breakfast service this is not the one. The room are very spacious but we had a suit, so thus good. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We are planning to go back to Toronto we will try the Hampton inn next door hotel to this one. Also when you arrived at the airport you have to call the hotel for shuttle to come pick you up, and it within 15 minutes wait at Terminal 1 -S5 for the pick up spot

This is hotel was the best. The rooms were very large, so clean and air quality was great. Washroom was spotless and beds were so comfortable. Staff was friendly and courteous. Ate at the Restaurant which was at the adjoining hotel. The food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night. The service was good and the pool was clean. However our room (109) had an odd smell and was in need of updating (couch cushions, curtains, etc.). It smelled like they were trying to cover some awful smell with another strong air freshener. If we had planned to stay another night I would have requested another room.

Great experience - Girls trip Staff was lovely - had great conversations with them and very helpful Reception was very nice - pasta: salad and soup and fruit and vegetables Breakfast was very good. Omelettes and fresh breakfast items and fruit and yogurt Parking was good and ample Location was convenient and easy to get to and around Toronto

Hotel is in poor condition and the service matches. The breakfast is unimpressive with low quality items. Night staff at the front desk were rude. Nothing Hilton about this location. Many less expensive options nearby with better service and value.

Wij hebben dit hotel in maart dit jaar geboekt maar door omstandigheden op het laatste moment moeten we de reis naar Canada en 6 hotels en meetings afzeggen. Wij hebben contact gehad met de hotels en Agoda en ze begrijpen het en denken met ons mee en mogen gratis annuleren. Heel aardig van de hotels en personeel. Als alles voorbij is dan gaan we zeker weer bij hen boeken.

Très bel hôtel avec transport à l’aéroport Le conducteur qui nous a ramasser à l’aéroport était excellent et nous a même conseillé et nous a apporté à un restaurant tout près de l’hôtel. Pendant ce temps il a apporté nos valises à notre chambre. Bien que nous n’avons pas pu avoir un “late checkout” puisque l’hôtel était à capacité, nous avons été jouer au bowling tout près de l’hôtel. La chambre était très belle et spacieuse. Un seul point négatif est que le petit déjeuner gratuit, qui est très bon, est offert pendant une courte période et les heures de service pourrait certainement être étendue.
