Marriott Hotels in Toronto

The hotel is clean with a spacious, comfortable room. The location is close to airport with shuttle service available. The pool and hottub are a good way to relax before or after travel. There was no staff available to assist with luggage and diffucult to pull the luggage on the carpeted hallways. Also, the bar and cafe were understaffed and wait time was too long. I wanted healthy food options like fruit but hotel had nothing for purchase and there were no nearby convenience stores or markets. A 20 minute taxi to shop. I suggest to bring with you to hotel. However, there are some fast foid restaurants and steakhouse restaurants in walking distance.

Nice place for business travel. Located in the downtown. 3mins walk to CN Tower. Perfect breakfast.

The hotel environment and location were decent, but I'm truly speechless about the parking fee. We confirmed multiple times with the front desk if there would be a parking charge, and they said no. We parked for 4 days, only to find our credit card charged CAD 55 per day for parking after check-out. If there was a fee, they should have been clear about it. We could have used a much cheaper public parking lot nearby. To be charged after the fact and then told parking isn't free – this kind of communication is just frustrating! However, I must say that Trip.com's service is genuinely excellent and deserves praise. After I complained, they tried to communicate with the hotel, and when that didn't resolve the issue, they automatically covered half the cost, reducing our losses. I will definitely stick to booking through Trip.com in the future. Other apps might be cheaper, but they just shirk responsibility when problems arise – I've experienced it firsthand.
