Cet hôtel qui était charmant est devenu, en 2024, une horreur, plus aucun personnel, l’économie est faite sur une personne pour accueillir la clientèle, tout se fait par internet et what’s app..., on dirait l’hôtel de Shinning... Plus personne dans le salon, dans la salle à manger au bureau d’entrée... plus personne à qui dire tout ce qui ne va pas dans les chambres, (le bruit infernal de la clim qui démarre brusquement sans raison apparente, les fourmis qui ont élu domicile sur le balcon, le vacarme dans les couloirs,des traces de pas sur le plafond!!! les claquements nocturnes des portes de l’ascenseur)!...il n’y a meme plus decservice de petit déjeuner... Courage, fuyez, je vous garantis que c’est une mauvaise adresse, les gens qvec qui nous avons parlé dans le hall étaient furieux ...je suis obligée de mettre une étoile, mais franchement ça ne vaut rien, je suis très en colère.

Pessima esperienza, ho prenotato 3 giorni fa com 3 settimane di anticipo, a causa di un incidente (e dunque per giusta causa) non sono potuto andare da loro. Ho allegato referto medico e foto ingessatura, ma non c’è stato verso, si sono rifiutati di offrirmi un rimborso, anche parziale, quando la cancellazione è stata PER GIUSTA CAUSA. Evitateli come la peste

The staff are lovely, both at reception and in the cafeteria. The room is not very big but nothing is missing and it is very clean. The mattress is wonderful. It is very well located. Without a doubt to repeat

Very comfortable hotel for a two star. Heartwarming welcome. Staff attentive and very friendly. Very clean room. Value for money absolutely correct. Hearty breakfast - Very close to the beach - about 150 m - There is no private parking but there is a municipal parking lot for 8 euros a day quite close given that the city is not very large. We enjoyed it and will come back.

Siamo tornati oggi dopo avere trascorso una settimana dal 18 al 26 agosto. L'hotel è un'ottima scelta ed è economico rispetto alla qualità dell'offerta. È vicinissimo alla spiaggia principale di Tossa. È pulito, la nostra camera era una doppia a cui hanno aggiunto un letto per cui risultava un po' piccola ma a parte questo non mancava nulla, c'era anche un balconcino, il bagno aveva il phon e la vasca, tutto pulitissimo. La colazione è ottima sia dolce che salata e abbondante. Lo consiglio anche perché non è nel centro storico e quindi è in una posizione tranquilla.

I recommend . Beautiful, very welcoming establishment, well located and with truly wonderful staff. Room with a balcony and (I don't know if this is the case for all) sea view. Very generous breakfast, wide choice. We will come back !

We stayed in this simple, unpretentious hotel. A remarkably kind welcome. The staff at the breakfast were incredibly precious. We will keep a very beautiful memory. Be careful, the tranquility does not depend on the establishment but unfortunately on the neighbors in the room with a child of 8 unbearable years whose adults had no authority and this around midnight!!!
