Even though we requested a change of linen by putting a Hilton instruction card on the bed, the cleaning staff refused to do so. He or she even threw the card on the ground pretending not to heed the request.
This was blatant dereliction of duty.

The hotel is newly built. The rooms are very good in all aspects. The mattresses and bedding are very comfortable features of Hilton. Parking is in the underground public parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. The elevator from the parking lot to the ground is the entrance of the hotel. Relatively speaking, the breakfast seems a bit monotonous.
