The pillows were fine but nothing will ever compare to your own pillows at home. There was adequate space and it was clean. The pool was heated which I thought would be an issue in the summer but after a long day the heated pool felt really good to these old bones. The staff were awesome and very responsive. Thank you for an excellent stay.

The hotel , room and the entire staff was great. Cons: no waffles, pool chlorine smell was very strong it burned our eyes, hair in the shower curtain and bathroom. Wish it was a full kitchen. Pros: king size bed felt good. Nice size tvs in bedroom and living room space.

Please first know this, I love staying at Holiday Inns all over the place and my experience will likely not align withyour stay! Beginning with the: +'s = Awesome staff all around! Really clean room, king Bed, 4 pillows, 1 fixed and 1 rolling desk, blackout curtains, mini fridge, Kurig w/pods, microwave, iron & board. All made a pleasant stay. Oh, and USB outlets everywhere it seemed. This room also had a small room at the front with a couch, chair, table and large new TV. The bedroom also had a large new TV. I don't believe this is so for many rooms! There was another entry style door between the two rooms making the bedroom super quiet 🤫, and we were next to the elevatos! Now for the: -'s = Again it's unlikely other rooms have the following issues! *The thermostat is in the front room and isolated from the bedroom. SO? You ask. Well if you utilize the dividing door, the AC never shut off. Therefore it got very cold in the bedroom, yet warm in that front room where the air couldn't reach my night owl wife, where she consideratly watched TV so I could get rested. *Evidently the bathroom vent system was not working well as the shower steamed up terribly and we each at times made breathing difficult from toilet use. Sorry, TMI ! *Also, I'm not accustomed to paying for "in house" breakfast, especially at $15 ea... we're not SILVER members :(

Overall Cleanliness was good. We enjoyed the large comfortable rooms with in room refrigerator and microwave. Beds and pillows were clean can comfortable and the A/C was more than sufficient to keep us cool even when the temps outside we're near 100. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Very comfortable bed, pretty clean. Bathroom was not dirty, can tell the towels are old (they are rough on the skin). Living area was clean, kitchenette was clean. Booked specifically for the hot tub, did not disappoint. Breakfast closes pretty early, 9:30am to me is early to close.

We decided to stay at this hotel because everything that we wanted to visit was only miles or even minutes away. We enjoyed every single day we were there the breakfast every day in the morning.We got to go to a way bigger mall than the one we have in our city and we visited the Gathering place which was great and only 20 minutes away.

Our stay at your establishment was great. The suite was large enough for the three us. I felt as though I was in my own living room at home. The king size bed so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at your establishment. I put your phone number in my contacts for my next visit.

June 15-19, 2024 - personal business solo Rooms clean, neat and comfy! A/C wonderfully cold and quiet! Bed great sleep experience! Second time to stay here and not disappointed. Easy access to other places nearby and local restaurants. Recommend!
