Ci siamo subito accorti del misfatto: l’ ingresso é simile a uno scantinato, una porticina direttamente sulla strada. I posti auto sono 3-4, oltre a quelli non so. Il rumore dalla strada é forte, specie di notte. Abbiamo trovato un lenzuolo sporco. In generale é pulito ma moquette dappertutto, igiene ahi ! Rientrando verso le 23 porta chiusa, alla telefonata rispondono dopo 5 minuti. Le quattro stelle sono sulla luna.

Ottimo hotel e colazione intercontinentale inclusa davvero ottima. Dispone di parcheggio interno a pagamento extremis 10 euro ma ne vale la pena.. camere pulite e silenzi se tutti i comfort in camera. Praticamente in centro .. accettano carte e prenotazione anche in piena notte ..

L’hotel si trova ad una decina di minuti dal centro. Le camere non sono molto ampie ma dotate di tutti i comfort. La colazione è a buffet e spazia dal dolce al salato anche se non ha un’ampia scelta. Il prezzo è modico e il personale gentile. Consigliato!

Ho prenotato all’ultimo momento a causa di un cambio di programma improvviso e ho trovato un ambiente elegante e grande professionalità da parte del personale! Posizione super strategica sia per visite turistiche che lavoro. Consigliatissimo!

Non prenotate, a me hanno cancellato la prenotazione già pagata alle ore 11 del giorno di arrivo, al telefono non risponde nessuno .. lasciata in mezzo a una strada: inaffidabili e maleducati potevano almeno aiutarci a trovare alternatative! Forse è un hotel falso, sono andata a vedere era tutto chiuso e suonando nessuno risponde.. ma allora perchè hanno accettato e preso i soldi dalla carta di credito per la prenotazione?

Very nice hotel with the best location in Turino. Short walking distance from all sights enfin the middle of the shopping area. The staff at the reception is great. Thank you Tatiana for receiving us in the best way, thanks Martina, Andrea and Mateo for all the help and great customer service. The breakfast is fantastic too and the staff in breakfast room are so professional! And room 801 ( top floor rooms) have best views in town! Thank you all. See you soon.

Lovely hotel - global 5 star rather than regional 5 star. Lovely room/suite A gorgeous bathroom - good lighting for mirrors and - a very classy brownish marble throughout the hotel. Excellent room size and facilities. Good breakfast and restaurant. Very nice and high quality staff.
