Here it is. I found the worst place of hospitality in the world. Nothing works, no hot shower, no AC, dirty room, no restaurant in the hotel, sauna comes with extra charge, ao does the parking. Staff untrained and can't speak English. Manager completely clueless about customer service and hospitality practices. Stay away from this place, do yourself a favor.

It was really disapointing experience, shower does not work (either you can burn your skin or freeze), bathroom is full of hair from ex quest, it was freez in the room (temperature vice) - at the end I decided to left earlier

I would like to add that some staff was professional but some not. Stayed for 10 days in room that was missing seating area furniture, and on request sitting furniture was brought up to the room. One waitress was very disrespectful, stated that I was making a trouble while I was trying to use hotel services. I ended up leaving earlier one day due to unplanned circumstances and was notified that I payed in full for 10 days and they did not offered credit that I left day earlier.

I made the booking from overseas for my mum and her friend. Booking was for president apartment, massage and dinner. The ladies loved the hotel especially the swimming pool and were so impressed how clean the rooms and hotel was. Very helpful and friendly staff. My communication was with a very helpful girl by name Selma who reply to all my emails instantly with loads of information. Nothing was hard and nothing was a problem and everything I asked for was delivered. Please note: if you are booking from overseas there is only one way of making the payment by direct bank deposit. I have read the feedback from the hotel in regards to this issue and it seems it is out of their control due to new law in Bosnia and credit card payments not possible if person is not physically present. Very nice touch by hotel with welcome and happy birthday card, some fruit and bottle of coka cola for each lady. The dinner menu with 4 meal options looked fantastic. My mum hasn't stop talking how much she loved her stay.
