The property was far enough from the town lights so that you get an awesome view of the stars! The bed was very comfortable and the fire pit was great. We sat outside under the stars with the fire and our wine, perfect!

Hatten diese Unterkunft aufgrund der Besonderheit gebucht. Der Preis ist schon sehr hoch für das was man dann doch am Ende bekommt. Also das Zelt ist sehr Sperlich eingerichtet. Das Bett war zwar nicht total unbequem ,aber auch nicht komfortabel. Die Matratze auf dem Boden war sehr schlecht. Vorallem wenn es dort von Tieren wie Schlangen und Spinnen wimmelt kostet es schon Überwindung auf dem Boden zu schlafen.
Auf den Bettlaken waren kurze Haare, wahrscheinlich von einem Hund? Ich gehe jetzt mal davon aus, dass die Bettwäsche nach jedem Gast gewechselt wird, kann mir diese Haare trotzdem nicht erklären.
Der größte Faktor ist die Toilette. Klar es ist Camping, aber… für den Preis ( 260€ pro Nacht ) ist es schon hart, dass man das Toilettenpapier nicht in die Toilette werfen kann sondern in den Mülleimer daneben.
Da hätte es sicherlich bessere Lösungen für gegeben. Spülen kann man die Toilette auch nicht, man muss sie pumpen. Also ja wie gesagt es ist kein Hotel , aber für das Geld hätte ich schon etwas mehr erwartet.

Staying in one of Erin’s Mongolian yurts was a beautiful, unique experience that my husband and I will never forget. The bed was yummy, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the area has a quiet, stark beauty. After a hike from the property and a fantastic dinner in town (at the host-recommended 29 Palms Inn), we sat around the firepit and gazed at the magnificent night sky. We slept soundly and awoke to a gorgeous sunrise before heading to Joshua Tree. Erin is an excellent communicator and runs a top-notch business. Don’t miss out on your chance to stay in a yurt! The outdoor shower and toilet add to the charm. Don’t overthink it and enjoy!

Yurt was clean and beautiful and Fully stocked. And LOVED THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO WASH DISHES ON VACATION.
One small but important thing that I wish I knew. Apparently we were the first for the season to run into a rattlesnake. Meaning , they are common but we had no idea and we had a baby with us.
We found it under the pallet in front of our door.
Just be aware they are on the property.

Amazing weekend stay! Erin greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The heater kept us nice and warm. I would definitely stay here again.
