Mehr als enttäuschend. Keine Ahnung wie das Hotel seine Sterne bekommen hat. Dreckige und fleckige Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Betten wurden nicht gemacht und um frische Handtücher muss *** sich selber kümmern. Frühstück annehmbar. Ein Angestellter war wirklich freundlich. Alle anderen haben die Gäste nicht interessiert. Eigentlich schade, aus dem Hotel könnte *** was machen, denn die Lage ist gut

Location: easily accessible, within the city, all modes of commute are accessible, hotel also provides auto riksha facility on request, near to railway station & around 2-3 km from city palace food: hotel has its own restaurant & provides good food. Prices are a little high compared to normal restaurants. Amenities: in room- tv, ac, kettle, water jug & glasses, soaps & towels, hot water (not so hot but ok ok, extra bed, cupboard were provided. Rooms were clean & hygiene was maintained. Water, telephone, room service, daily cleaning were available. Overall staff & room experience was good. Good for family stay.

Good hotel to stay with family. I have stayed two days with my family, rooms were spacious food was also delicious. Near to lake pichola and the town.

As soon as we received hotelier message thru wats up and we contact them for booking they did not attend the call and after sometime they call me and said the rooms are full but the actual problem was that they had given me the lowest rates of rooms ….. so they did not attend the calls and I received next massage with higher rates….

The rooms were clean, the wifi reaches at least the rooms on the first floor. The service was great. A few minor faults. The bathrooms had a small filter screen on top next to the neighboring room so you could hear everything from the next room, so a closed bathroom door is recommended. The breakfast service was quite slow.
