This hotel is just beside the lake pichola and gives a tremendous view of Lake. Loved the service and stay there. The staff are polite and nice. The lakeside view gives an amazing view in the morning and we can enjoy tea or coffee on the balcony.Totally happy with hotel

Un hotel storico con il fascino del passato. Camere con vista lago da non perdere. Pulito . Ben arredato. In ottima posizione. Personale gentile ma non invadente o servile. Il ristorante sul terrazzo non era all’altezza del prezzo pagato ma il panorama che si godeva vale la visita. Frequentato da una clientela mista tra turisti in transito e buona gioventù indiana Il clima generale ci è piaciuto molto

Service good view from hotel room to Lake is good enjoying Lake faceing room and old city culture Staff is good management also good Mainly near arround from amarai hath and hanu *** gat also 400 mts distance from gangour gath and jagdish temple

Went there for dinner . Had a decent experience with good food and nice pretty Udaipur and lake pichola view. Work can be done on cocktails .however staff was friendly , service was bit late but the whole property is beautiful and musicians were amazing .

This hotel has a perfect location and you pay for it. The actual hotel was OK, but I stayed in far more special and nicer hotels for much less money throughout my time in India. I had to have them change the sheets when I arrived, as they were all dirty. My hot water wasn't working one night and they claimed to fix it but it was still freezing. I was secretly eyeing Udai Kothi across the street and wishing I was staying there. The room itself was big, I had a great view and my bed was comfortable. As a solo female traveler I felt safe here. I took the sunset boat ride and the boat was very old & moldy. The ride was pretty subpar and expensive. The restaurant on the roof was wonderful - I highly recommend going there!

This tired hotel right by the lake looked a bit lost in time. Service was slow and rather offhand. Breakfast was really a 3 star offering. The much talked about restaurant on the roof was pretty standard. Room was fine with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake.

The only reason I rated this hotel “Terrible” is because of the caged birds inside. Among several Hotels in Udaipur, only Lake Pichola Hotel has CAGED BIRDS. I don’t think having them makes a huge difference. They should free the poor birds.

We had Lake View rooms with a balcony, lovely hotel, look no further if staying in Udiapur, location is great close to everything. Rooms are very nice. breakfast great. The staff are excellent knowledgeable and extremely helpful . Decor is lovely thought the hotel.
