I asked about pick-up and drop-off, but no message was returned. When I arrived, I couldn't find a reservation and it was oversold. The hotel's attitude was that it was overbooked and ignored the front desk. It asked guests to wait in the lobby until someone checked out the next day before they could get a room. But the oversold issue is not resolved at all. The front desks would not relay messages to each other about the check-out fee. Different front desks did not understand it and had to explain it all over again! Worst accommodation experience ever
